Amazon trademark
Posted on September 20, 2005
A trademark is a mark that is used by a manufacturer or merchant to identify the origin or ownership of goods and to distinguish them from others and the use of which is protected by law.
I fail to understand how can REAL NAMETM can help to identify the origin or ownership and distinguish Amazon from others…
Doh!! I should trademark my name to identify the origin or ownership and distinguish me from others!!! Can I do this? Do I own my name? ;-))
P.S I think my name is spelled in a for or five different ways in my passport: Iouri, Youri, Uri, Uriy, Юрий. And last name Goussev and Gousev, Гусев.
