On courage.

I would like to elaborate on my previous post, I thought about what I said and I think the problem and solution is not the technology. The problem, I think, is that too often there is a lack of courage to learn, to explore and try. Too often I see blaming technology for the fault that where caused by lack of knowledge of the system. It too easy to blame technology, it takes time to learn how to use the tool effectively time that could have been spent procrastinating or doing something familiar.
I also sometimes luck courage to learn new software, there is always some frustration and risk involved. My unwillingness to learn new things can be well explained and I bet it is the same for every one. But it takes courage to spend some time learning and not following latest hype.
