Photodumps

I uploaded bunch of photodumps here. Some are photos dull, some are interesting. I’m trying, but it’s hard to take an interesting photo. First of all I need to go out, and look for them, photographs of my feet in bed will not impress anyone. Then there is timing issue, photographs look good if they are taken in the early morning or in the evening. So I have only few hours to find and take a good picture. And lack of artistic talent is also a nuisance.

Anyway, I’m glad that I bought the camera, I have more reasons to go out, and now I do it much more often.The only problem, it’s an expensive hobby, now I want to buy more lens. I want super-wide 10-20mm Sigma for $760 and $570 70-300mm telephoto zoom from Nikkor… I need to do some consulting  ;-)

Random droping

So the cryppy storry: two weeks ago I went to the park by the river, basically a trail in the bushes, you know. So I walking there taking photos, enjoying the view. Not a lot of people around, met maybe 5 in a hour. Most say “Bonjour” as they pass (it was in La Belle Province side of the river). So I meet some other guy there (men in his 40ties), he tells me something like “Hello. Nice day today… not a lot of people today..” I say “Yeah.” and keep walking my way.

Then I notice that I he keeps following me. Well OK, there are not alot of forks on the road, maybe it’s just a coincidence. So I make my own trail through the snow. He follows me. Now that’s just creepy. So I started to walk back were I left my car (~10 minutes from where I met him). He follows. Maybe he has some bad ideas, maybe he just wanted to find the way out of the trail maze, but it was kinda….uncannily.
